Writergeist is sold as a lifetime license for personal and commercial use.
Writergeist remains the intellectual property of its author. Purchasing the software grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the software code.

Writergeist is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The author makes no guarantees regarding the quality, originality, or suitability of the generated content.
In no event shall the author of Writergeist be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
